SERVER/COCKTAIL:

  1. Prepare the area and equipment necessary for the customer’s experience
  2. Greet Customer with a friendly smile and disposition
  3. Receive the customers order, send to kitchen through the Point of Sale system, present meal to customer, follow up on the experience w/ drink refills or customer requests
  4. Process payment of the food/drinks/retail delivered to the customer
  5. Send the customer on their way with a smile and a personable farewell
  6. Complete any additional requests from management and “off” duties that coincide with the Server position
  7. Working the Opening, Mid, or Closing portion of the shifts
